I've never had a problem with the management, and maintenence is always done promptly. My only complaint is the tight parking. There are too few guest parking spots, and they are usually taken up by trucks that are too big to fit in the spaces. Some people will leave their cars for days at a time in guest parking. When there are extra spots, it's hard to fit into them, because some people purposely take up two spots, or just don't know how to park straight. Thank God I don't own a brand new car, because it would be very dented up by now.
