Good place to live

I stayed here for a year. It is very nice place for the price we are paying.
Good things
- Prompt maintenance. You place request in the morning before EOD some will knock your door
- Very well maintained and very clean
- School is just other side of the road. It is very nice if you have kids who goes to school
- Spacious and very nice layouts
- Though you hear noises from outside you won't feel some one is walking above you.
Negatives
- Rude management. There is no concept of customer interfacing. Though they are rude they are good at the work
- Now a days there are some car breaking and management is not interested in doing any thing
- Parking is a real issue. Parking in your garage will need lot of skill unless you get a nice parking entrance
