In January of 2003 I moved into La Terazza. At first it seemed very modern and clean. But then a lot of problems began. I've seen better parking situations in the middle of Manhattan. I often had to park my car on the street because of lack of parking on the property. That is until my car was stolen.

But what really got me was that for over a month there was a giant rat living in my apartment. I continually told managemnet of the infestation, and the maintenence man would regulary come by and set up mouse traps... even though I told him it was a huge rat and that the little mouse traps weren't working. I came home from a 5 day vacation one time and found that the rat had been living in my bed. At that point, I finally went out and bought some rat poison and the rat eventually died.

After that I moved out to a better place. The rat had completely ruined the carpet throughout the apartment, so I demanded I get the cleaning deposit back.

After having lived here for 6 months, I can say that I will never again tolerate propert crime and rodent infestations. This was a horrid place. Don't take my word for it... move in and see for yourself.

WOW! That must have really sucked - to say the least. Sounds like a living nightmare and then some. Good thing you were able to move out before your adrenal system blew up from a constant fight or flight response. But anyway...take care. SHAME ON YOU LA TERRAZA!!!
