I've lived here for two years, and I really like it here! Plenty of sq. footage, washer/dryer in all units, all utilities except water paid, extra storage, HUGE balcony (in the 3BR units, anyway; average size in smaller units)... Well maintained grounds, very clean, and perfect location! Big kitchen with plenty of counter space was a major selling point for me. Two complaints about the kitchen, though: the sink is very shallow, with a low faucet that makes it very difficult to use the faucet if there are more than a couple of items in the sink; and although there are lots of cabinets, the shelves are too close together inside, limiting what you can actually store in there. My only other complaint is extremely limited parking (guests have to park on the street, if they are lucky enough to find space)... But overall, I love this place. Highly recommend.

All utilities except water paid? We didn't pay for water but we paid for gas and electric.

Sorry, I don't know what I was smoking when I said water. That should have said, "All utilities except electricity paid." You had to pay for gas? That's pretty uncool. What is gas even used for in those apartments? The water heater, I guess? Stove and oven were both electric, unless that was different in your place...
