La Terazza Apartments

Dont rent here! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/18/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I have lived here two years.The one bedroom is very small for its price. All the apartments are very close together so you can hear all your neighbors, especially in the morning when everyone opens their garage to go to work. The staff sucks except for one new lady they hired. They are snobby and dont keep us informed. During the 2007 fires (which some units burned) they gave us no information on when we could come back to our home. They never offered no assistance or discounts on our rent for not being there for 4 days! I will never live here again. The parking is horrible! If you have more then one car, you will have to park in the street, which a couple of cars have got broken in to and egged. They just started to rebuild the burned units which is very noisy and loud, they start at 7am until 6pm. No sleep, no parking, no help = dont rent here!
