this place is no good, when we first moved in the apartment it was not what we thought we were going to get, the carpet had all kinds if stains on it. it smelled funny. we kept having problems with the dishwaher and our garbage disposal. we think that the rent there is so high. dont they know that they are an old property. when it came time to renew our lease and i tried to go to management about not raising my rent because times were hard for us and they would not budge. they have a lot of there apartments vacant right now and i can see why.
