Beware when signing their 30 day notice. You can opt for them to clean the carpet at a very nice price. However after you move out they don't clean it, they replace it and charge you for it. They said the carpet guy said it couldn't be cleaned, funny how that's the same guy that replaced it. He went from making $60. to $2000. If you sign a contract for them to clean it, they should clean it before saying it cannot be cleaned. Our carpet was not that bad and I know it could have been cleaned. They did drop the percentage I owed form 80% - 40%, which equalled the remaining balance of my deposit. Imagine that. Scammers!!! Clean it yourself!!! Don't trust them. This is on top of multiple issues in the yr we were there; 3 pipe leaks in different locations, microwave broke the first week, dishwasher was so rusted you can see the metal racks, fan broke on fridge, dryer replaced twice, etc....BTW, they replace these itens with items from the burned out units, they are not new.
