I am amazed that after having perfect rental history for over a year the Landing has decided to raise our rent. The parking situation is ridiculous, there is not enough spaces for the number of people that live here. Let alone you must pay for your parking permit. The property manager has no answers, to get anything done you have to call the corporate office, and half the time they dont know either. We have never had the same neighbor for more than a few months, people are always moving in and out. The apartments are ok, but not worth the amount of money you have to pay. The washer and dryer are located outside on the patio so you must get dressed to get the clothes out of the dryer. Dont leave anything out on your patio because it wont be there when you go outside the next time. There is a lot better places for the price you will pay here.
