Landing Apartments

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! From: JRLOPEZ75@YAHOO.COM Date posted: 6/7/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   PARKING IS NIGHTMARE, THERES ONLY ABOUT EIGHT SPOTS FOR GUESTS AND WHEN FULL THEY NEED TO PARK OUTSIDE THE COMPLEX, RISKING TO BE BROKEN INTO OR HAVE YOU CAR STOLEN. MY VEHICLE WAS STOLEN DURING NORMAL WORKING HOURS IN FRON OF THE MAIN OFFICE. SECURITY IS TERRIBLE, THEY HARDLY PATROL THE COMPLEX AND IF THEY DO IS ONLY TO LOCK THE POOL ENTRANCE TO REDUCE LATE NIGHT NOISE WITCH SOMETIMES STAY OPEN UNTILL MIDNIGHT. IT WAS A NICE COMPLEX WHEN I MOVED IN AND EVER SINCE THE CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT EVERYTHING WHENT DOWN HILL. THIS NEW MANAGEMENT IS LESS PROFESIONAL AND SEEM TO CARE SIGNIFICANTLY LESS ABOUT THE UPKEEP OF THE GROUNDS, ITS STARTING TO FEEL LIKE A GETTO. THE MAIN ENTRANCE GATES HAVE BEEN BROKEN FOR TWO YEARS, SO NOW YOU HAVE BAD GUARD PATROLING AND UNSECURE ENTRANCE. THE STAFF HAS BEEN CONTINOUSLY INFORMED OF REPAIRS THAT NEED ATTENTION FOR SAFETY REASONS BUT THEIR PRIORITIES ARE OTHERS. THIS IS A COMPLEX NOT WORTH MOVING INTO. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
