Landing Apartments

These apartments suck From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   my family members car got towed in 2007, a couple of days after moving in because no one explained the regulations to me. im barely ever home and i got a bill for 60$ for water and sewer, i paid less in the house i used to live in by the way. some of the residents take up the "open parking spaces" and NEVER move their cars. A couple of cars have been parked in the spaces next to my apt since i moved in about six months ago and they have NEVER been moved, all i want is a chance to park there at least once but its impossible. When i complained mgmnt said there is nothing they can do about it. there are a bunch of delinquents and wannabe gangsters living on the premisis its ridiculous, i almost got in a fight at the gym with one over a treadmil. the "gym" has broken equipment that never gets fixed. the bbqs have been broken since i moved in. I once bought 60$ in food and had to give it away because i could not use the grill. i can not wait to leave. the mgmnt is either clueless or impolite one, the other, or both at times. please spend you hard earned dollars elsewhere, it not worth it here. The maintenence guy is the only bright spot.
