I really love this building. It's older in the 1920s, but well taken care of, not perfect, but kept up. The rooms all have great little built ins such as vanities and murphy beds. I get great natural light and love my walk-in closet. The tenants are really good with very little noise. It is in the flight path, but I got used to the planes quickly and I'm a really light sleeper. The office is great to work with and do an extensive background check, which I find comforting.
