I LOVE this apartment despite the loud planes, traffic, and the occasional drunken street walker outside. The building is so cute and the units are really cute too. It's reasonably priced which is hard to find in this area. I am moving out now after living there for 2 years strictly because of the management company. They're terrible to say the least. As long as you don't have to deal with them, you don't really hear from them but if you have any problems, watch out!!!

The management is AWFUL!! They rip you off, keep your deposit, and double charge you for stuff that isn't your fault (like floods and leaks). You call the main office and guarantee no one will call you back, or they will be rude and extremely defensive. They clearly hate their jobs and are underpaid. The quality of their professionalism shows that
