I googled apartment reviews for RA Snyder and found nothing positive. Someone wrote a review on Craigslist and I thought I would follow up somewhere else. RA Snyder is a substandard rental company with low quality staff and mediocre service. The staff is extremely unhappy with what they do, disgruntled and there is a very high staff turnover. If you call during the day, you will most likely get voice mail and never have your call returned or acknowledged. The staff is unprofessional and will do everything shady to cut costs. The premises are unsafe, fake video cameras and very dirty. You will be ripped off big time if you lease one of the apartments, and according to other reviews, they will do all they can to keep your deposit, including double charging you!

I completely agree. RA Snyder is the most unethical business I have ever encountered, and I am from New York City! They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. The staff is uneducated, unhappy and incompetent. Stay away, or you will lose all your money and you will be treated like a second class tenant once you move in.
