I've lived here for two years now and I have enjoyed most of my time here. Maintenance is pretty good. They usually come and fix things right away. There was a little problem with the plumbing and it caused a slight floor in our apartment. The pool area is great. It's always occupied with people during the summer. The only thing that I really dislike about the complex is the management. Some of the girls are nice and helpful, but in particular, the manager is unfriendly and our entire apartment dislikes her. Parking can sometimes be a big pain if you have more than one car to your apartment. There is absolutely no street parking so if there is no complex parking you would have to park in the adjacent Vons shopping center or the next complex over. Some nights there are no problems, but others you can see two or three cars waiting for guest parking to open up. The apartments are a little older but well-kept for the most part.
