Apartments Overcrowded, On-Site Management Poor

About half of the apartments have adequate light and ventilation, the other half are dark, dank, and grow mold and mushrooms. Parking is terrible, and the security gates do not deter stolen cars and vandals, or insure sufficient parking for residents. Individual apartment noise varies from loud traffic to unrestricted parties to early morning landscapers to screaming children. Apartments are overcrowded and rented to more people per unit than should be allowed. Some one bedrooms have been rented to three, four, and even five people. The maintenance crew is friendly and fairly prompt, but the on-site managers are rude, discourteous, and sometimes downright mean. Safety is not a concern of the management, and neither is open and frank dialog about safety concerns. The location is wonderful, but in this case, location is not everything. Think long and hard before renting here.
