Las Flores is a reasonabe place. It hasn't had many updates - carpet, cupboards, bathroom, appliances are old, but this is reflected in the rental price. It is conveniently located close to UCSD and the UTC shopping areas. The management is pretty poor - if you ask for something to be fixed, it often is not, and they don't communicate when it will be done - merely promise that "it will be done today." They have also been known to close the office early and refuse to let people in for packages.
