appliances are aged, I've requested to have my garbage disposal fixed for at least 10 times.

mold everywhere. you could smell it in your kitchen drawer, your bathroom, your storage room by the balcony.

narrow parking space.

you get overcharged when you move out. when you get back for some unsolved issues, you meet different attitude from those managers
