Keep looking.

Think twice about moving here.
What I liked about living there was the location.
I later found that the apartments look good from the outside, but hide many problems and old fixtures. Mold issues, worn cabinetry, parking problems, plumbing noise transmission, very squeaky subflooring. Some units have road and freeway noise issues. The complex is situated right next to I-5 and was built about 20 years ago.
When my quiet neighbors moved, I found out how thinly and poorly insulated the walls are. By chance, I saw that there is no insulation at all between units. It's just sheetrock and 2x4. The new tenants were a noise nightmare, and I heard everything they said or did! Complaining is useless.
The maintenance staff was cut and it took weeks to get anything fixed for lack of people to do it.
I can't recommend this place unless you particularly enjoy cottage cheese ceilings and hearing your neighbors get it on.
