The employees at Las Flores don't care about the residence here. I have lived here for one year. My car has been visited by thieves twice! and I lost my GPS (over $1000) here. I heard that at least three cars have been stolen and the management has done nothing to prevent this happening.
Since they allow dogs here, some big dogs are very aggressive around my apartment. I was almost attacked by these giant dogs twice.
Next year, they will raise my rent for almost another $300. That's almost 30% increase. I believe it is illegal. But anyway, I decide to move out here.
That's enough for me!
