Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
Over Priced;
Over charges for cleaning at move-out;
Force tenants to buy home insurance;
Ask 60 days notice to vacate, when you can't find the next place to live;
Old building material; shred wood, mold, and you can hear noise of your next door... i.e. you can be heard by them...
Dogs bark at night;
