We have been pretty happy here until recently when our cars were brpken into 3 times (!!!) and we were notified of sexual assults and break-ins. This new managment company is 10 times worse than the last one, beginning with the rude new office manager. The rest of the staff seems to be pretty nice. With this high crime rate you would think they would hire security or install cameras. We will move soon and have alreadt discouraged 2 prospective renters to look elsewhere, for safety's sake.
