AWFUL! RIP OFF!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Lived here since October 2004 and can't wait to leave. my rent went up 10% last year and will go up another 10% to over $1600 for 2bd. this is sometimes a normal cost, but considering the OLD carpet, the PEELING cabinets, laminate floors (gasp!), mold, PAPER-THIN walls, break-ins, sex crimes, freeway noise, RUDE office staff, WORSE management, dingy workout room, kids poop in the pool, mail-box breakins, car theft, and the list goes on...1600 is CRAZY! go next door - either way - you will find brand new apartments for hundreds less.

a friend of mine also lives here and they just raised her rent to MORE than they are charging new residents for the same apt.! HELLO! RIP OFF! StAY AWAY!!!
