Don't be fooled by the nice flowers. Rent rate is absurd for the facilities they offer! Appliances are very old, meaning, they spend a LOT of energy = high electricity bills. Carpet is more than 5 years old in some apartments. There is no security around the area = cars are being stolen INSIDE the garage parking. To be fair, staff is very friendly. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
