NO MAJOR PROBLEMS From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/7/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   I'm a homeowner who just rented here as an interim for relocation. After reading all the comments, I just wanted to say that everyone's complaint is indicative of "apartment living". Check out all the other apartment complex reviews and you'll most likely read the same types of complaints. When I went apartment hunting, let me say that EVERY complex in La Jolla Colony had its inherent problems, newly constructed to those 25 years old. If you want quieter places, places without mold, places without children, places without noisy neighbors, zero crime, then shop carefully, but note one thing, you get the same types of problems owning a home. I'm in a perfectly quiet, family orientated and brand new construction neighborhood, yet my house was broken into while on vacation. As for Las Flores' The overall experience has been positive. Ana and two other managers have been great. The facility looks just as good or better than any Archstones. My apartment has new floors, new carpet and they are installing new appliances. Those who complain' If you don't like it, raise your concern. If you don't like the results' Move. You have the choice to stay or not.
