I would advise anyone NOT to live here. The place is way overpriced, even for La Jolla, and they have the tendency to raise rates frequently. The walls are thin and I could hear every footstep above me. Not to mention that my bedroom window basically faced the stairs so I had to keep a huge drape up lest I get glances from every passerby. Our dishwasher was very low quality and would break regularly, and maitenance was slow.
