high crime and arrogant management

Cars are broken into every week. The management just shrugs their shoulders. The gates to the garages are often broken that defeats the purpose of gated parking. Beware of parking a nice car in Las Flores.
Apartment balconies are cracked and uneven. When you inform the management about it, they tell you that you should have seen it when you saw the apartment before signing the lease. Too expensive for the poor quality of construction. Rent goes by a $100 every year.
Appliances are really old and will drive up your electricity bill. Water heaters are old and do not heat the water consistently.
