i lived here for 3 years and never had a problem until i discovered mold in my apt. the management didn't care at all. all they did was send a maintenance guy and stuck this device into my walls. all my leather dress shoes had mold on them and i had to throw them away. did they reimburse me' NO!! everytime u step into my apt, u can smell the odor. i'm a very clean person and the smell was obviously from mold. but the management did nothing!! the manager never returned my calls and i had to call the corporate office. the funny thing is the guy that lived across from me had the same problem and they gutted his whole apt out to clean out the mold but they said my apt didn't have a mold issue. which was all bs. after battling with the management and concerned for my health, i move out. bottom line is DON'T LIVE THERE!!!
