If you feel like increasing your risk of cancer then by all means move in here! There is a great deal of information that the management won't tell you until you sign the paperwork (and they have you trapped) which happens the day you are moving in. They spray pesticides here RELIGIOUSLY every Tuesday (don t believe me' Swing by between 11am-2pm and you will see the truck parked in front of the office), and you have to sign a disclaimer stating that they have informed you regarding this issue. There is also mold and termites everywhere, I have informed the management about this and they continue to do absolutely nothing. Parking and noise are a nightmare here. There are virtually no guest spaces available here evenings and weekends, and people like to store their spare cars in the covered guest spots, only moving them from one guest spot to another (again the management does nothing about it). There is also a tow truck company that likes to cruise here looking for cars parked either in the red or fire zone, and will tow them WITHOUT direct authorization (meaning no phone call required) from Las Flores (it is considered private property so they must have a pre-existing agreement with them). The walls are so thin that you can hear EVERYTHING! If you enjoy here loud music, dogs barking, kids screaming and your neighbors conversations (not to mention all bodily functions) at all hours of the night and day, then Las Flores is the place for you!!!!!!!!!!!

I pretty much agree with the other review. Another problem is that if you put in a maintenance request, it takes a minimum of two days before they get to you, and the grounds aren't kept clean (I've even had visitors notice this). My drains are constantly clogged and my toilets don't flush properly. There's no air conditioning, so now that the weather is pretty warm,it would be nice to sleep with the windows open, but that's impossible because of the drunks out in the greenbelt until 2:00 a.m. My neighbors are really friendly though. Fortunately I'll only be here a relatively short time.
