The Las Flores Apartment Management is nice and friendly for about the first month or until you put in your first service request. It takes several weeks in order to get something fixed. The normal excuse is the "part" is being ordered - so it gives them a few weeks. It has recently gone under new management and the new manger is hardly ever seen, but about once a month the residents get written notices from him to clean up the place. However, they will NOT put extra money into cleaning it themselves.
The walls are so thin, we could hear the conversations of the people above us all the time, not to mention everytime they went to the bathroom or flushed the toilet. There is hardly any ventilation in the apartments, so mold grows very easily. They also tell you that you won't need an AC because you get a breeze, however between the nonths of July - September you can guarantee to have 80 degrees in your apt.
Or if you like to wake up at 7:00 EVERY Saturday morning then maybe this is the place for you, because that is when the garbage trucks arrive.
They have recently upgraded the "security". It is a security company that drives around a few times a day (not at all during the night) and basically just hands out tickets to anyone who parks in the red (even though the office tells you to park there to unolad).
This complex is not at all what they say they are when you first go in there, but you soon find out the hard way
