My apt was not at all like the one they showed me. I should have left the day I moved in.

They promised me new carpet. I had a huge coffee stain among others when I moved in. Mtg solution to this, move my stuff out at my expense, after I just paid to move it in, so they could replace. No other solution.
Fully equipped gourmet kitchens (from Website)
When I moved in the dishwasher had standing water in it, and has since been replaced twice. The pipes are old, 20 plus years, and constantly admit powerful noxious odors. Maintenance has no solution. The cabinets are original and delaminating. Kitchen counters are stained and cut up.
Gated subterranean parking (from Website)
I have had a bike and surfboard stolen from the secure gated garage , the Mgt response, oh yeah that happens every few months. THAT's IT.
They have security, if you call the guy sleeping in a rent-a-cop car security, no joke.

Work out facilities, ha you could outfit a better gym by going to the swap meet and spending, $20.

Ever actually see 20 people in a spa' It will happen here, I think they were bathing.

The manager is afraid of people/confrontation and will only have his staff deliver bad news, you will not see him. He literally hides in his office.
I could go on and on. Don t live hear there are a number of much newer nicer complexes in the area that charge the same or less.

I feel your pain as I live here too and have had multiple negative experiences with the inept management staff and their jack leg maintenance crew. I've found them to be nothing but a bunch of lazy, do nothing morons. I'm assuming they must work for wage law salaries, which would explain their lack of motivation and pride in their work. The apartments are full of mold/mildew, outdated fixtures and appliances. The noise from unattended, rude kids is horrible. The huge dogs running around crapping and pissing everywhere is bad and don't even get me started on the constant barking. I've had one car stolen and three broken into from the gated garage. I've had my mailbox broken into several times and management could care less. I'm trying to buy a house and am so looking forward to putting my time spent at this trashy dump behind me.
