Las flores is located in a very nice area but the dog park is OVER populated.
You can walk your dog at 2AM and you will run into a dozen dogs, the dog owners do not respect leash laws. The tenants at las Flores are not pet friendly, I have been nagged by three people about my dog (peeing on a tree OUTSIDE).
The management is an ------------ woman with an air of superiority, a ---------------------- man and their boss is an ---------------- who never shows his face and always speaks to tenants thru his staff.
The only nice thing i can say about this place is the maintenance crew is very friendly and polite.
Las flores is OVER priced, old cabinets, old toilets, old bath tubs, no A/C and TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Zero customer service, Las Flores employees are always too busy to see tenants and when they do, it is never with a smile, they are horrible. I have attempted to see about reaching a corporate office and it is nearly ipossible.

Good luck complaining to a corporate office, the staff here will never give you the number, just excuses. Honestly, the staff here is just an extension of an incompetent corporate property management company that only cares about dinero. You pay peanuts, you get monkeys, it's that simple.
