It was fine for me!

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
I just recently moved out and was living there a year. Most of the time they attended to my workorders pretty fast. There was one time that my disposal wasn't working for about 6 days but they had told me that there were many people that needed to get their heaters fixed and that took priority. The appliances were not brand new but they worked great. My dog enjoyed the greenery and the dog park right across the street. The leasing office is fine. Other than being understaffed while I was living there, they took care of my questions/problems. The best way to contact them is to come in, don't call them. They don't always call you back immediately. They don't have updated kitchens but when I was apartment searching before I picked Las Flores, all the brand new apartments wanted $200 more per month. Seeing that I don't care about new cabinets and countertops this place was perfect for me and my budget.
