This place is decent. It's an apartment so it's not going to be perfect. Staff is pretty friendly and generally helpful. The only time I've requested maintenance help the guy was at our apartment within an hour. Minor mold issues, not any different from any other apartment I've lived in. The unit we moved into had brand new appliances and they work great. I've seen complaints about theft about these apartments, but I haven't had any problems so far. Only issue I've heard about is someone left their laptop in plain view in their car and it got stolen. Gated parking, which is nice. I don't know about the other building's parking, but the building I live in, parking is never a problem. 1 assigned spot for each apartment and a bunch of guest/open parking spots. Only issues I have with this place is that water/sewage/garbage bill is divided between all apartments. They take all the water usage and divide it between all tenants, which sucks for us because we always try to conserve water but end up paying almost 40 dollars a month because of other people. Since there are so many dogs, it does smell like dog ---- sometimes outside because a lot of people do not pick up their dog's droppings. This place is also really close to the 5 freeway, especially the buildings closest to the street, and does get a little noisy at times but much if you keep windows and doors closed. Price is decent for the area.
Overall, if you can live with paying almost 40 dollars a month for water/sewage, the smell of dog ---- sometimes outside, and living close to a major freeway, would recommend this place.
