I had read the negative reviews, but foolishly ignored them. It turns out they are all true. The management could not care less if you have a problem. One drone in the office has perfected the assertiveness skill of the broken record, which leaves you wanting to maime him. While the maintenance staff is very nice, they are not all that competent and I don't know who does their scheduling, but I suspect it is no one. Requests go ignored for up to a month at a time. It is very noisey, with freeway noise, barking dogs, and 7 am trash pick-up, on Saturday! The laundry room is not operational and hasn't been since I moved in months ago. The entryway to my apartment smells like urine, which is probably from dogs lifting a leg on the building. There is no greenery near my apartment. That's gross and tells you something about who lives here. They won't get teh chance to jack up my rent because I am only staying a year and then I am getting the hell out. Learn from my mistake. Don't give them the benefit of the doubt, like I did. It's a big mistake.
