when i first moved here on a lease back in sept.06 i was told new owners just took over and had vacated all the riffraff and drug dealers/gang affiliates from the premises bringing in better tenants making las palmas a better family oriented community.I was told immediately maintaince would begin in my place since i have a small child when infact i should of never been allowed to move in to those conditions i was like many others desperate for affordable housing in san diego being single with three children starting over not to mention the health codes were and still are below the legal levels
now here we are in july 07 my place still isnt up to par an the best part folks i am being sued thrown out like others so our apartments can be made over to look new so rent can be sky rocketed meanwhile termites infest bedbugs linger roaches migrate the list goes on the stinch in stairwells still exist an instead of our security harrassing
outsiders the harrass the tenants peeping through our windows listening at our doors our cars are being broken into an stolen even impounded by our own security all this money i've paid in rent what a rippoff pleasse dont get burned like i have please!!!!
