Those two reviews are out-dated. The current owners have extensively renovated the complex and they look nothing like they did in the days those reviews were penned. It is now called Solana Vista. It is being better maintained and the roach problem has been much reduced; I have none in my apartment, in fact. The gates and doors all work and lock now, the parking areas have been redone, new carpet, new paint and many repairs have been completed. Most of the bad tenants are gone now and there has been a great improvement here. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC

iVE BEEN LiViNG THERE ALL MY LiFE. iT MiGHT OF BEEN OUT OF CONDiTiON, BUT iT HAS iMPROVED. LOOKiNG BACK iT WASN'T SO BAD, yES THERE WAS GANG RELATED ACTiONS, BUT THERE WAS NEVER ANy DRuG DEALERS. THE AREA iS FiNALLy CLEARiNG OUT THE ROACHES AND ALL THOSE TYPES OF BUGS. THE PLACE iS FiNALLy GETTiNG TOGTHER, i RECOMMEND THiS PLACE. iVE KNOWN iT FOR A LONG TiME TRUST ME.
