When I mived in there were nothing but ants covering the apartment. There is nothing but college kids on the area. You can't get any peace and quiet without loud music and loud kids. You can't even talk on the phone with the window open. I heard many stories with people and their cars being broken into. The staff never picks up the phone, so they are never a help. I could never get any questions answered without going into the leasing office. There's no rent drop box so you have to send in every month.
