1. i have definitely had problems with management here. They hardly ever answer their phones and even if i leave a message with a maintenence request no one calls me back or comes to fix the problem. They were rude even before i rented. If you go in to the office and they are with someone else, they won't pay any attention to you(they just let you stand there w/o acknowledging your presence)

2. They won't accept packages in the leasing office anymore (so if you get a UPS package you better be home to receive it)

3. ANTS were a huge problem in the beginning, but i used an ant/roach repellent chalk and haven't had problems since. But my apartment always has spiders and silverfish - i live on the 3rd floor.

4. There has been construction since the day i moved in (at Miramar College) - for 2 years there hasn't been a noise free day. Sometimes i can't even open the windows when i'm on the phone b/c the noise is ridiculously loud.

5. I haven't had any problems with parking, but i live near some guest parking area.

6. The washer/dryer in unit is WONDERFUL.

7. The size is pretty nice as well.
