I am a current resident and I honestly can't wait to get out of here. The management is horrible. Ants and spiders are a huge problem here. I have had to hire a pest control on my own since nothing is done by management. Security is horrendous! I live on the second floor and had someone climb up my balcony and try to break in. I called security and they never showed up. Three days later my apartment was broken into. Securuty was nowhere to be found. My husbands truck was broken into and had a considerable amount of objects stolen. This is a gated area but the side gates are never locked. I had problems with my DirecTv and it took them 3 weeks to fix it, so I went that whole time with no Tv at all. My bedroom ceiling leaked for 2 days before anyone showed up. My carpet smelled so bad so I had to pay to get it cleaned since the complex did nothing. They claimed it had to do with my drier. Speaking of washer and driers, the washer was out completely so all they did was take that one back and bring another one from another apartment that totally didn't math with my drier. My drier wasn't working so I had to dry the clothes atleast 4 times so my electric bill was sky rocket high! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy!!!
