For anyone who is reading or thinking about writing a review please take this into consideration, As the manager of Legacy Apartments I can tell you that all of my staff takes great efforts to make sure that the residents,past or present are as happy as possible. If we are unable to answer the phone please understand that it is because we are busy assisting other people at the time, either on the phone or in person. We do not ever just let it ring. If you see that, please come speak with me directly as that is not acceptable to me. As far as the maint. staff goes they work very hard, but remember they are only people I am not saying that they might not make mistakes as we are all cabable of duing, but you can always let me know and believe me you will get great service from me and I will take care of the situation for you.
Remember every apartment complex that cares about their residents have rules, they are for your safety.
We are doing the best with our parking as possible. Every Apartment has at least one space which comes included with your apartment. After that there are unmarked spaces throughout the property which are for residents only. We have added some guest spaces in front of the leasing office as well as the side lot on Hillery drive where there are over 100 spaces that anyone can park in.
We have just started with a new company which handles our parking, courtesy patrol and after hours maintenance, and I can tell you that I was more skeptical towards their service than anyone. They have proved me wrong. They are friendly to the residents they are always taking care of situations promptly and just going over and beyond.
Please understand that we have 412 apartments and you are only hearing from 24 of them and they are not all bad reviews.
