I was told by one of my friends that my complex was getting a bad review on this site and had to see it for myself. I have lived at Legacy a little over a year, and I just signed my new lease for another. The staff is a big reason I stay here. Shelly, the property manager, has solved any issues that I?ve had. If you notice below, other comments on this property mention strict rules. Well, the rules are there cause people like me who come home from a hard days work, can relax. I chose this complex because it has a family environment, not a college environment. That?s what the bars are for, don?t bring it to where I live. Also, any request that I have made to the maintenance department have been completed in a timely and courteous manner. I would definitely recommend my complex to anyone. I?d give ya my name, but I don?t want any knocks on my door from strange people. Hee hee. Oh, and about the ants, you?re in San Diego dude. Ants are everywhere out here. Move back to where you came from if you can?t handle it. I had a few ants on the 3rd once and the office set up a day for them to come spray immediately. I also set up an appointment a while after that cause I saw a spider. I HATE THEM. And no questions asked, they sent in the exterminator to spray. Service like this is why Legacy is a great place to live.
