Management is RUDE!!! I must say that Sabrina is polite and helpful but there is only so much she can do when the property manager is such a Bi@#$.

My place was full of ants. We could not leave any food out since the kitchen fill up with ants. Huge spiders everywhere. My wife would sweep the balcony daily and found a whole lot of snails the next day.

Walls are so thin you can hear the your neighbors conversation. Im not exagerating but I could hear my neighbors upstairs doing whoopie at nights and if your neighbor has a baby, good luck sleeping at night.

Place has no security. I had some objects stolen from my garage. There are a bunch of ghetto people in the pool are that dont even there.

Rent is ridiculously hight. BEFORE MOVING IN YOU MIGHT WANT TO CHECK OUT OTHER PLACES. I FOUND A PLACE IN LA JOLLA THAT IS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THAT RAT HOLE THEY CALL APARTMENT HOMES. Just call and ask for their monthly specials and you will find a place.

The parking sucks. No guests can park in the parking space that is assigned to YOU!

Every night I had someone knocking on my door trying to sell me something. Yes the place is gated but there are other gates that are opened all night.

DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!
