The manager keeps saying on the reviews that they dont answer phone because they r busy I dont understand when they fall short of the team why dont they appoint more effecient and capable team.

I have never even heard of such bad maintainence in USA. God knows why they do this .
If they take care of all the complaints they dont have to post these messages that they r good, people will spread that they r good by word of mouth if they improvise .Isnt it'
