Before renting at Legacey I lived in Rancho Bernardo. Even though I enjoyed living in RB I did not enjoy the drive from there to work every day. Moving cut my drive time down to 10 min on the worst days. Even though Legacey does seem a bit pricey for Mira Mesa it is one of the better complexs in the area. It does have plenty of available parking. I have two vehicles and have not had a problem with them ever being towed even though I drive the one only rarely. That probably could be to the fact that I have parking stickers on both vehicles. Also there is the nearby park and ride lot and parking in the shopping area next to the complex that can be used by short time visitors. As far as noise from other apartments and road noise it is at a normal level for apartments. Can not comment on the pools or the gym because with my schedule I haven't had time to vist those places. Storage for my apartment is ample, considering I live alone and have a garage and a two bedroom apartment. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
