I had about three locations I was planning to move in at. At first I didnt want to move into this place because of all the comments but then I looked up the other two places and they got even worse reviews, so I went with my gut feeling, too into consideration what everybody had said, and other factors such as location and apartment, and ended up choosing this place.

I agree, the management there is extremely stupid, there is only about one or two that actually can answer your question, the rest have no clue. Always ask for the manager to get a real answer. Always stay on top of them as well, dont ever rely on them to call you back or anything because they wont, but I have seen they are very busy at times.

The apartment is really nice inside, very clean, havent seen any problems at all. The price is more than I paid, its not totally expensive. My gf loved the high ceilings and crown molding on the walls, and all the appliances are pretty much brand new. I would recommend it to a friend, but just make sure you do your research. Cable is $42 which is crazy, I didnt get it. You can get a sattelite but then they make you get insurance. And you have to pay for water, sewer, and trash which sucks a little.

Parking looks a little strange but its not too bad. The parking company they use is a little anal about things so I am not taking any chances, it sucks you cannot have guests in your spot though. It costs $15 for a permit as well.

Its way better than my old junky place, and this is the second apartment I have every rented. Hopefully my review helps somebody. I will do another one in a couple months, maybe I will hate it, maybe I will love it, but I'll keep an update coming! P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
