5. Incompetent staff, invisible manager
4. Parking is lousy for residents, worse for guests. (They like to claim that the nearby Park & Ride lot is 'guest parking')
3. Direct TV is the only cable option, which Legacy makes a large profit from
2. Dumpsters are frequently overflowing, and at least once a week people sneak in and scavenge through the trash
1. Loud -- doors shutting, music, freeway, kids, etc.

Don't believe the bogus posts from Legacy personnel.
