I guess that it all depends on where you live in the complex. I would recommend the "Americana" floorplan and make sure it's on the third floor. I have lived here for over three years and the only real complaint that I have is parking. The parking here is really bad. I have gotten along with the staff here, very well. They have been really easy to work with. I think that you just need to make an effort to be nice and not insessantly complain to them. Much more effective to present a case then to whine. The only cable you can get is Direct TV but I really like it so I'm not mad. The balconies could be a little bigger with a little more privacy and the noise from the Edwards theater is a little rough sometimes but I can't blame the complex. None of my appliance have broken, I have had NO bug problems and the noise, from neighbors isn't bad. I don't know what other peoples perceptions are or what problems they have had, but I've enjoyed my stay here.
