Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
I lived in 2 different apartments at Legacy. We had to move out of the first one because a man whole lived at Legacy was a peeping Tom. We would catch him peeping in the windows. He lived in the area back by the freeway not by the movies. When we told security they told us they could do nothing. They knew about the problem but told us to deal with the police. So after 5 months of this we moved apartments.
So instead of him moving or getting evicted we left. Legacy is expensive, unsafe, noisy, and the only cable you can get is Direct cable and that's because legacy profits from it. Oh.. PARKING IS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE
