The managers/leasing agents are rude. Especially Tracy. She is always on her cell phone and will give you short, rude answers to any questions that you have.
The security/parking company that they employ will put a "boot" on your car, even if you have a parking sticker, but if someone is in your reserved parking spot, they don't get anything...not even a note. Security does a horrible job of patrolling the pool area. There are always punk kids (overflow from the theater) that throw the chairs/tables etc into the pool. We can't even have our windows open at night because people are always out there after hours. One thing I do like is the maintenance department. They are prompt, efficient and polite.

I totally agree with you 100%. Tracy is is really bad customer servie and she have no attitide. I never seen like her leasing people in my life. they need think about her more. But I am happy that I don't live Legacy amymore.. this place is most worst place her in SAN DIEGO.

Again, agree with you totally!! The staff at The Legacy are the least helpful leasing agents I've come into contact with. They care nothing about the residents!! Parking is a disaster, the set up of the apartments is awful, and don't expect to get help from the office at all!! I wish I could advertise NOT to rent from these apartments!!!
