I really like my apartment since I have a really nice view of the pool. The inside of the apartments are in very good condition, high ceilings, big kitchen, and the convienience of a washer/dryer in unit. My unit does stay cool in the summer and warm during the winter. It's nice to have a working AC and heater.

Noise is a problem here I can hear the people above walking and annoying people below sometimes have their music on full blast-I can hear the bass even when I'm watching TV. The worst part is when they throw parties noise will travel from their balcony to my bedroom window (11pm-3am). Unfortunatly, it is primarily a military housing area there are those kinds of LOUD parties.

I agree with other comments about cable I have AT&T/SBC. I have never had such poor customer service with a cable/internet company. I think Time Warner or even Cox Cable would have been a better provider. Yes, cable service sucks and the cost is not worth it.

Parking was an issue, but it has been resolved since they repainted the Reserved numbers.

It would also be nice to allow small dogs in the community I do notice that the cats are allowed.

Location is excellent very close to everything-movie theater, fast food, restaurants, grocery stores, gas station, shopping, Barnes and Nobles, Best Buy, Miramar college everything is here!

As I said it's a very nice apartment- just some downfalls.
